We’re thrilled to announce we’ve been included in The Real Review’s Top Wineries of Australia list for 2020. It’s a huge honour to be included on this list with so many other top wineries from around Australia. Approx. 10,000 wines are reviewed each year, and the Top Wineries Certificate is awarded only to a select group of wineries that consistently produce excellent wine.
We’ve also recently received a couple of great reviews from one of Australia’s leading independent wine judges and critic, Huon Hooke, who has rated our 2019 Cosa Nostra Vermentino the #1 Vermentino in Australia, giving it 5 stars and 95 points. He’s also highly rated our 2019 Cosa Nostra Arneis, as seen below.
2019 Santolin, Cosa Nostra Vermentino
95 POINTS. 5 STARS. “Light yellow hue, with intense spicy aromas which include nutty barrel-ferment nuances. The wine is juicy and gently tropical in the mouth, with good acid balance, the barrel use adds an extra layer to the flavour. Very long persistence. Delicious wine, not too dry and not too sweet. (130 dozen made)”
2019 Santolin, Cosa Nostra Arneis
93 POINTS. 4 STARS. “Light yellow colour; the bouquet is attractively spicy, faintly nutty, and quite complex. The wine is rich and layered, medium-bodied and retains delicacy. A really delicious wine, with flavour that sustains interest. Fine and balanced, and great drinkability. (140 dozen made)”
