DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

(Australia wide)

Metro Deliveries – allow up to 5 business days from the date of purchase

Regional Deliveries – allow up to 10 business days from the date of purchase

Wine is sensitive material, so on occasion in the warmer months, we may choose to postpone shipments in order to protect the quality of our product. In this case, we will communicate any delay.

DELIVERY
Delivery tariff is indicated on the shopping cart page of the website. All deliveries must be in units of 6 bottles. All deliveries are via Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days.

AVAILABILTY
Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.

PACKAGING
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 3, 6 or 12 bottles.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We cannot offer international shipping.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Santolin Wines encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. By using our website and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age. Delivery of any order from our website must be delivered to and received by a person aged 18 or over.

Pricing Policy All of our prices are in Australian Dollars [AUD] and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)

I understand that in placing this order, under the Liquor control Reform Act 1998 & Liquor Control Reform Amendment Bill 2021,

I will comply with the following:

1. The alcohol must only be delivered to the person who placed the order;
2. The person who placed the order must be present at the time that the liquor is delivered;
3. The person responsible for the delivery must verify the age of the person who placed the order by requiring the person to produce an evidence of age document.

RISKS & WARNINGS
Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
· Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems.
· A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
· Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt, so extra care should be taken.
