No credit card details are stored on our website. Shopify securely holds all payment details.

When you go to sign into your account, click on ‘Forgot password’. Enter your email that the account is attached to. Shortly after you will be sent an email to reset your password.
Of course, how thoughtful of you! At checkout there is an option for you to tick a box, which will let us know you want to send the wines in your cart as a gift. Don’t forget to add a message for the person you’re sending it to.
Make your way over to our ‘GIFTS’ page. Select gift card, then choose the amount you would like to have using the drop down. Click add to cart and follow the checkout process. Remember to add a message for the person receiving your thoughtful gift.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to update the details on the Gift Card once you've placed the order.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We charge a flat fee of $15 for shipping anywhere in Australia. However, if you order twelve bottles (or more), shipping is free.
Yes, free delivery on orders of a dozen (12) bottles or more anywhere in Australia.
Everywhere, with the exception of the Northern Territory.
We can’t offer international shipping at this time. But never say never! We are definitely looking into how we can make this happen in a cost-effective way down the track.
Australia Post is our primary shipping partner, however there may be times where we need to use other courier companies.
Metro Deliveries – allow up to 3 to 5 business days from the date
Regional Deliveries – allow up to 10 business days from the date
Wine is sensitive material, so on occasion in the warmer months,
we may choose to postpone shipments in order to protect the quality of our product. In this case, we will communicate any delay.
Once your order has been picked and packed, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can be a part of the delivery process every step of the way.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please email email@example.com and we will be all over it. We will contact our couriers to find out what’s happened and be in contact with you throughout the process.
We sure can! It sounds like you want the ‘We Choose’ subscription. We’ll
pick wines based off the preferences you select. Simply select the one of three
seasonal packs (whites, reds, mixed), then set how many bottles you would like
in your pack 3 or 6 and we’ll do the rest. You’ll be sipping wine in no time.
Yes! Curated by us, for you.
These curated subscription packs are great for those who love to try new wines,
but who also love a surprise.
The La Piccola Pack will be carefully curated every season. Wines that
we think are best suited to Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
Available for delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months.
We definitely have an option specifically design for you. Our Build-A-Box is for those who want to get what they went and when they want it.
Click the ‘Build-a-Box’ button to create your own custom pack. Choose any 6 or 12 wines on our exclusive Build-A-Box subscription, and save.
That’s the beauty of the custom pack, you can swap at anytime after your last order has been fulfilled, right up until the date of when you are next billed.
Your order can not be changed once you've received your order confirmation.
We will also send you a friendly reminder 5 days prior to your credit card being charged.

managing your account.

If you’re heading off to see the world or even your own
backyard, you can certainly pause your subscription until you come home.

If you’re thinking maybe the grass is greener with one of our other subscriptions, you can of course jump the fence and check it out for yourself.
You’ll have to cancel your initial subscription first by logging into your account and select cancel.
Then navigate your way to our wine club page select the subscription you want, set the amount and frequency then add to cart and check out as normal.

You'll be billed upon placing your first order, then billed as often as you’ve set the frequency of your subscription, either 1, 2 or 3 months.
The best way to double check when you’ll be billed next is by jumping on to manage your subscription.
We'll also send you an email 5 days prior to the billing date so you can swap (only in Build-A-Box), change frequency, skip or pause, if needed.
