Refund policy

Refunds Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. Please send an email to hello@santolinwines.com.au to arrange for a replacement. Please note we will not replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. 

Please send an email to hello@santolinwines.com.au to request return instructions, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.
