We Choose

By Joining the ‘We Choose’ Subscription, I accept the following terms and conditions:

I certify that I am over 18 years of age.

I acknowledge that signing up to the ‘You Choose’ subscription is an ongoing commitment. I am purchasing a wine subscription that will be packed and sent at a frequency of my choice (i.e. every 1, 2, or 3 months).

Santolin Wines will debit my credit card to the frequency I chose (every 1, 2, or 3 months) from and including the sign-up date until I cancel my subscription.

I understand that I will be sent an email advising me that Santolin Wines will direct Debit my credit card every 1, 2, or 3 months (the frequency that I chose) from my initial sign-up date.

I can notify Santolin Wines by editing my subscription on my Santolin Wines Account if I wish to cancel my subscription prior to my credit card being charged.

I understand that I will be sent an email advising me that Santolin Wines will direct Debit my credit card every 3 months from my initial sign-up date. I can notify Santolin Wines by editing my subscription on my Santolin Wines Account if I wish to cancel my subscription prior to my credit card being charged.

 

I acknowledge that I can swap, change frequency, skip and put subscription on hold anytime after my last order has been fulfilled, right up until the date of when I am next billed. Once I have been billed and an order confirmation has been sent, I acknowledge that my order can not be changed. Santolin Wines will send me a friendly reminder 5 days prior to my credit card being charged.

I understand that by I can change the frequency of my subscription through managing your account. You can login here. I acknowledge that my billing date will change once I have changed the frequency. Santolin Wines will send me a friendly reminder 5 days prior to my credit card being charged.

I understand that by selecting to add the food pack or any other ‘Add-ons’ to my subscription, that this will then be added to my subscription and will be sent out with my wines to every quarter (3 months); unless I have notified Santolin Wines that I would like this as a once off purchase. I also understand that, where supply is limited, produce may be swapped or given an alternative may be given at the discretion of Santolin Wines.

I acknowledge all prices stated on this website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

I agree to submit any cancellation requests via editing my subscription on my Santolin Wines account and I hereby acknowledge that every effort will be made by Santolin Wines to accommodate the cancellation of my subscription.

I agree it is my responsibility to keep my address current which can be done by logging into my account here. All orders require adult signatures and business addresses are recommended.

I understand if I would like to obtain information regarding Santolin Wines Privacy Policy, I can view a copy here.
