Produced using fruit grown from a single vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Total production: 140 dozen Hand picked. Whole bunch pressed. Old French oak. Fermented to dryness. 4 months on lees. No fining. Bottled Aug 2019. Additional Notes: Suitable for vegans
