This Pinot Gris has been produced using fruit grown from a single vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Total production: 150 dozen Hand picked. Whole bunch pressed. Old French oak. Fermented to dryness. 4 months on lees. No fining. Bottled Aug 2018. Additional Notes: Suitable for vegans
