“Light ruby-red hue. Red cherry, prosciutto and rose petal aromas. tight and focused across the palate, fruit is bright and red berry driven with smoky pork undertones and a hint of flinty minerality. Good length is carried by both focused acid and sandy tannins so it lingers long to the finish.”

At time of writing, this Pinot Noir is ranked among The Real Review’s Top 10 Yarra Valley Pinot Noirs from the 2021 vintage.
The fruit for this wine is sourced from a single vineyard in Gladysdale, a cool climate sub-region of the Yarra Valley. The combination of high altitude, rich red volcanic soils and a long, slow ripening period has allowed us to produce Pinot Noir with purity, finesse and detail.
The 2021 vintage was exceptional - cool and extended, resulting in fruit that was able to develop slowly and evenly. The result? A wine that showcases the best of the site: red cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry, layered with delicate spice, floral notes and fine tannins. It’s vibrant, complex and beautifully balanced, with a long, silky finish.
