Casarecce is a short pasta which has been rolled and twisted.

This Versatile sauce can be used with many Italian dishes including pizza, lasagne and even parmigiana. It is created using Australian tomatoes that are combined with vegetables and herb and cooked slowly to release the traditional flavour of Italy.
There are no artificial flavours, colours or refined sugars. The use of 100% Australian tomatoes gives the sauce a rich complexity that only comes from using the best ingredients 

Ingredients:

• PASTA (375g): Our traditional pasta contains only the finest Australian Ingredients — Eggs, Flour, Olive Oil, Salt and Water. With the help of our Italian pasta machine we combine all these ingredients to make a silky smooth, nutritious and delicious pasta.
  
• SAUCE (400g): Fresh Tomato (contains citric acid), Tomato Paste, Carrot Juice Concentrate, Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Corn Starch, Honey, Salt, Herb and Spice, Citric Acid, Paprika Extract.
