Our Yarra Valley Rosé starts with Tempranillo grapes, a Spanish variety that brings plenty of natural freshness, bright acidity and vibrant fruit to the wine. The fruit is gently whole-bunch pressed, allowing just enough contact with the skins to give the wine its delicate blush colour without extracting excessive tannin or weight. From there, the juice is naturally fermented and kept on its fine lees to build texture and complexity, while retaining the freshness and vibrant fruit that make this such a great style for warmer days. The result is a dry, fresh and food-friendly Rosé with a little more character than your average summer sipper.
