Ned Goodwin"Fermented under the aegis of wild yeast in open pots before an elevage of 10 months on full lees in French wood (25% new). A pallid ruby, segueing to sour cherry, red plum, strawberry, orange zest and cranberry scents, before a juicy stream of acidity carries the fray long. A herbal twist, too, with wood smoke, turmeric and sandalwood sousing the finish."
