Hands down, our favourite variety to work with… and drink! Pinot Noir is a notoriously difficult grape to grow well and its flavours are delicate rather than immediately powerful (like most shiraz). This wine is a great introduction for those wanting to get more familiar with this stunning variety.

Food match: Peking duck pancakes are our absolute fav thing to pair with pinot noir, but a woodfired mushroom or prosciutto pizza would also make awesome pairings.
A vibrant cherry red colour with purple tinges. Delicate and perfumed, the enticing nose offers subtle aromas of cherries, plums and wild strawberries complemented by a touch of spicy oak. These bright fruit characters follow onto the fresh palate, where soft red florals lead into some lightly poached forestal berries and a touch of brown spice.
