You Choose

By Joining the Build-a-Box ‘You Choose’ Subscription,
I accept the following terms and conditions:

I certify that I am over 18 years of age.

I acknowledge that signing up to the ‘You
Choose’ subscription is an ongoing commitment. I am purchasing a wine
subscription that will be packed and sent at a frequency of my choice (i.e.
every 1, 2, or 3 months).

Santolin Wines will debit my credit card to
the frequency I chose (every 1, 2, or 3 months) from and including the sign-up
date until I cancel my subscription.

I understand that I will be sent an email advising me that Santolin
Wines will direct Debit my credit card every 1, 2, or 3 months (the frequency
that I chose) from my initial sign-up date.

I can notify Santolin Wines by editing my subscription on my
Santolin Wines Account if I wish to cancel my subscription prior to my credit
card being charged.

I understand that by selecting to add the food pack or any other
‘Add-ons’ to my subscription, I will be adding this to my subscription as well
and that it will be sent out with my wines to the frequency I set (1, 2 or 3
months). I also understand that, where supply is limited, produce may be
swapped or given an alternative may be given at the discretion of Santolin
Wines.

I acknowledge all prices stated on this website are inclusive of
GST unless otherwise stated.

I agree to submit any cancellation requests via editing my
subscription on my Santolin Wines account and I hereby acknowledge that every
effort will be made by Santolin Wines to accommodate the cancellation of my subscription.

I agree it is my responsibility to keep my address current. All
orders require adult signatures and business addresses are recommended.
